2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including account registration data (name, email address, company), payment information processed through our payment providers, and communications with our support team.

We also collect information automatically when you use our services, including log data (IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, timestamps), device information, and telemetry data you submit to the platform for monitoring purposes.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services; process transactions; send you technical notices and support messages; respond to your comments and questions; and monitor and analyze usage patterns.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your operational telemetry data for any purpose other than providing the services you have subscribed to.

4. Data residency and transfers

You may specify the geographic region where your data is stored and processed. Enterprise customers may choose from US, EU, or APAC regions. Data processed in your chosen region will not be transferred to other regions for storage or core processing.

For customers in the European Economic Area (EEA), we comply with GDPR requirements. Where data transfers outside the EEA are necessary for support or operational purposes, we use Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

5. Data retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Telemetry and operational data is retained according to your subscription plan's retention tier (30 days, 90 days, 1 year, or custom). You may request deletion of your data at any time.

6. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security assessments. See our Security page for details.
